- Previously on The Stolen Gags
The Gags have been stolen by the Elite Cogs, whom were requested by the "???" to plan an end to Cog destruction used by these Gags. Upon doing so, all Toons are now limited to a simple one-Gag Track, along with one of the two starter Gags: Throw or Squirt. Those permitted by the Toon Council are able to carry all 7 Gag Tracks. The story ends with Eve and doodle TNT driving along a street in Toontown Central.
