Chair Jockey is the second cog on the Intelbot ladder. It has 3 total attacks. It is short and slim, going from level 2-6, with pale coloured hands, and like all other Intelbots, has a dark grey suit with a black bowtie. It's head is a pale oblong shape with a bulbous nose and dark brown hair.
Note that V2 variants range from levels 4-8.

The cog says a phrase and wiggles its fingers, causing a desk to appear in front of the toon, if it misses, the toon jumps to the side, if it lands, a chair will appear behind the toon and the toon will be forced to sit down on it.
Upon being afflicted by this attack, the toon that is hit has a 50% chance to miss a turn.
